T.E.L.E.A. was created by local, state, and federal professionals active in the environmental law enforcement field. We provide and certify criminal environmental law training throughout the state. Members get the chance to network with colleagues and influence the growth of this newest area of law enforcement. Individuals active in criminal and civil environmental enforcement and policy areas are welcome to join!

Any active or retired environmental investigator, peace officer, environmental program administration, policy-maker, prosecutor, or judge who has completed the required hours of criminal environmental law enforcement training set by the T.E.L.E.A. Board of Directors.
The membership fee is $35.00 per year. If you attend the annual conference, the membership dues are included in the conference fee.
Complete the membership application and pay your first year's dues. Membership will be confirmed and approved by the Vice President of Membership
